Application
The GIENICOS Automatic Four Nozzle Air Cushion Filling Machine is developed for fully automated production of premium air cushion cosmetics. It is suitable for filling BB Cream, CC Cream, Cushion Foundation, Concealer, Cream Blush, Highlighter and other liquid or cream-based formulations.
From empty compact loading to finished product discharge, the machine performs a complete production process automatically. An optional 180° flip system turns finished products over before discharge, allowing them to be transferred directly to labeling, printing or downstream packaging equipment without additional handling.
Designed for cosmetic manufacturers with high production requirements, the machine integrates seamlessly into automatic production lines while maintaining stable product quality.
