- Module design gives the single nozzle filler and rotary machine to be individual controlled.
- Rotary machine adopts mechanical cam design, two mechanical arms to pick & place the brush cap and wipers automatically.

- Since the valve is fast joint design(90S remove and cleaning), mascara and lipgloss could be used on one machine by fast changing spare.
- Equipped with two filling nozzles for backup and fast changing purpose.
- Filling adopts piston type, driven by servo motor. Filling parameters can be set on touch screen.
- Capping adopts screw type, driven by servo motor. Capping head has a special floating device which ensures the capping qualify rate.
- The machine has pre-capping system as well.
- End product can be pushed out automatically.
- Weight checking device to remove over weight products and not enough product is optional.
