This is a multifunction filling machine used for hot pouring process. It is suitable for filling wax product such as: lipbalm, herb balm, deodorant stick, sunstick, lip cream, body balm, cleaning cream, etc into small tube, godet, pan, jar or stick bottle etc. It adopts servo driven piston filling ensures précised filling volume. Four options for the filling process:

One 20L Dual Layer tank with heating/mixing/vacuum function, parts contact with bulk is SUS316L. Tank body auto lift up for diving filling and easy to add bulk.

(Can equip with bigger size piston pump 20-50ml or 50-150ml)

Valve, cylinder and nozzle with warm keeping function.

Can be equipped with 1.5M conveyor for auto filling purpose, conveyor speed is adjustable.
