The machine combines servo-driven product transfer with a vacuum powder feeding system and centralized dust extraction, providing an efficient and cleaner solution for cosmetic powder filling and packaging.

◆ Double-Nozzle Powder Filling

The two-nozzle filling system provides efficient powder dosing for loose cosmetic powder products while maintaining consistent filling performance.

◆ Servo-Driven Precision Transfer

A precision ring chain driven by servo technology provides controlled and stable product movement between each processing station.

The servo system is also applied to bottle loading, inner cap loading and outer cap pre-screwing for coordinated product handling.

◆ Vacuum Powder Feeding

A dedicated vacuum powder feeding system continuously transfers powder from the material supply system to the filling section.

The 150 L powder hopper provides sufficient material storage for continuous production.

◆ Vibration Powder Filling

The powder filling station uses a vibration-assisted filling method to improve powder distribution during dosing. The filling station is equipped with a sealing ring and dust extraction function.

◆ Sampling Check Weighing

After filling, the product can be transferred to the weighing station for random sampling inspection.

This allows operators to monitor filling consistency during production.

The system is designed for sampling inspection and does not perform 100% weighing of every product.

◆ Automatic Inner Cap Handling

The servo inner-cap loading module places the inner cap onto the filled container.

An inner-cap presence detection system checks whether the component is correctly supplied before the pressing operation.

◆ Inner Cap Pressing with Dust Extraction

The inner cap is pressed into position automatically. The station is equipped with dust extraction to reduce loose powder residue generated during the pressing process.

◆ Powder Puff Loading Station

A dedicated manual station is provided for powder puff loading.

The operator manually places the powder puff before the product proceeds to the outer capping section.

◆ Servo Outer Cap Pre-Screwing

The servo module picks up the outer cap and performs the pre-screwing operation before final tightening.

The system also checks outer-cap presence to help prevent missing-component defects.

◆ Finished Product & NG Separation

After final capping, the finished product is transferred to the discharge section.

Qualified products are pushed onto the finished-product conveyor, while NG products are not pushed forward and are discharged directly through the NG conveyor.

◆ Residual Material Detection

A final residual material inspection helps detect abnormal powder residue or remaining material on the product before discharge.

◆ Centralized Dust Extraction

The dust-removal stations are connected to an external centralized dust collector.

Dust extraction is provided at key powder-handling stations, including:
