Fully Automatic Silicone Lipstick Production Process

The GLU-1300 integrates mold preheating, automatic filling, reheating, cooling, vacuum releasing, quality checking and automatic screw-down functions into one production cycle, reducing manual operation and improving production consistency.

High Precision Servo Filling System

Equipped with two filling nozzles and servo-controlled filling volume adjustment, the machine allows operators to set different filling parameters through the touch screen for accurate and stable filling performance.

30L Vacuum Heating Mixing Tank

The mobile 30L tank combines heating, mixing and vacuum functions to maintain uniform lipstick material quality. The tank can automatically move up and down, with heated hose transfer to keep the bulk temperature stable during filling.

Dual Mold Preheating System

Equipped with two Swiss LEISTER hot air guns, the mold preheating temperature, airflow and heating time can be adjusted according to different formulas, helping improve lipstick surface quality and reduce filling defects.

Stable Cooling System for Fast Solidification

The separated water circulation cooling system provides stable cooling performance with a temperature range down to -20℃~-25℃, ensuring efficient lipstick forming and production stability.

Gentle Vacuum Demolding System

The vacuum releasing system uses a two-jaw structure to gently remove lipstick from silicone molds while protecting delicate lipstick shapes. The grasper tension is adjustable according to different product requirements.

Automatic Screw-Down Function

The screw-down station uses servo control and torque adjustment to ensure accurate lipstick rotation and secure assembly, improving finished product consistency.

Flexible Production & Easy Maintenance

The machine adopts replaceable grippers and modular designs, allowing easier adjustment for different lipstick sizes and improving production flexibility.
