Why choose this machine?
This machine consists of 2 modules, a metal mold/semi-silicone mold release machine and a shell rotating machine. The demolding module uses air blowing/vacuum suction to demold the lipstick, lip balm and other items formed by the mold, and then go to the next station to unscrew the shell, that is, rotate the lipstick/lip balm bullet into the middle beam. The mechanism adopts the gear linkage method, and the center distance between the gear shells can be customized according to the different packaging materials. The mechanical gear mechanism is adopted, and the stability has a great advantage compared with the synchronous belt type shell rotating machine.
