From On-Site Testing to Final Acceptance
Another important project milestone has been reached at GIENICOS. Recently, our customer visited the GIENICOS factory for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the JQR-01A Automatic Rotary Filling Machine. Following on-site testing, process verification and communication with our engineering team, the machine successfully passed the customer’s FAT and was accepted.
For us, this is more than a final inspection. It is an important step in making sure the equipment is ready for the customer’s real production needs before delivery.
Putting the JQR-01A to the Test
A machine may look complete after assembly. But before delivery, what matters is how it actually performs. During the FAT, the JQR-01A was operated and evaluated together with the customer, allowing both sides to observe the machine in action and verify important aspects of the production process.
The focus wasn’t simply: “Can the machine run?”
It was: “Can the machine perform reliably for the customer’s production?”
What Was Verified During the FAT?
Together with the customer, our engineering team carried out on-site testing and verification of the JQR-01A. The FAT focused on key areas including:
01 — Machine Operation
Verifying the operation of the machine and its working sequence.
02 — Filling Process
Observing the filling process under actual operating conditions.
03 — Rotary Station Coordination
Checking the coordination and movement between the different working positions of the rotary system.
04 — Product & Packaging Handling
Evaluating how the equipment works with the production requirements confirmed for the project.
05 — Continuous Operation
Running the equipment to observe process stability and consistency.
06 — Operation & Adjustment
Reviewing machine operation and relevant adjustments together with the customer.
After testing and verification, the JQR-01A successfully passed the customer’s FAT.

Why Customer FAT Matters
At GIENICOS, we see Factory Acceptance Testing as more than a final checkpoint. It is a collaborative process between the customer and our engineering team.
The customer can see the equipment operating firsthand, ask questions, review details and communicate directly with the engineers responsible for the project. At the same time, our team has another opportunity to verify the complete process before the equipment leaves our factory.
